Synchronicity seems to be a perception thing as most data, events & occurrences remain open to interpretation. However, when coincidence is perceived to have more significance, its usually then considered to be synchronicity. Coincidence & synchronicity can be perceived as two separate concepts, but occasionally there does seem to be a bridge between the two. Pattern recognition is also something that remains open to interpretation.
